All employees of BA should be accessing the British Airways Employee Self Service online.  This service allows an employee to access the Book Staff and Duty Travel / Manage Bookings in ESS.  To access the site you will need you BSAFE user ID and password.  Your user ID will be the “u” and your staff number; for example u123456.  Relatives of a British Airways Employee can also access this services and obtain travel links related to your BA flight, add APIS and contact information, access online check-in and online request information.  Overall the service is very easy to use and is a great benefit provided to employees of BA.

British Airways is based in Waterford, Harmondsworth, England and is a popular airline for Europeans.  They offer 7 different airport lounges (Concorde Room, Galleries First, Galleries Club, Galleries Arrivals, First Lounge, Terraces Lounge, Executive Club Lounge) and are known for their outstanding customer service.  On January 21, 2011 British Airways merged with Iberia creating the second largest air passenger service in all of Europe.
