The Costco Paperless pay online service provides an employee with access to their payment information and other HR related benefits. The service is available in English, Spanish and French. Minimum requirements to use the site are as follows: Microsoft Explorer 6 or higher, Mozilla Firefox 2.0 or higher, Adobe Acrobat Reader 7.0 or higher, JavaScript must be enabled on most computers. A monitor setting of 1024 x 768 or higher is highly recommended. To sign in to your account you will need to have your employee number on hand. If you’re not sure what your employee number is please contact your Human Resource Department.
The Costco Paperless Pay service can remember the computers you regularly use to access the portal. If your new you will have to enroll. During the enrollment process you will be required to choose a personal security image that will be displayed besides your password when you sign in. 
The image verifies that you’re signing in from a secure website. You will also be asked to select six security questions during the enrollment process. These questions will be used to verify your account information if you happen to forget your CostcoPayCheck account information. Once enrolled you can review your paycheck, any overtime pay accumulated, tax related information, the number of hours you worked and time off. This online service is easy to use and is pretty straight forward.
This popular online service offered by Costco is in association with Talx. Many other major business such as Best Buy, Macy’s and Kroger use this service as well.
